I think this picture is really good. There are lot's of jelly fish so your eyes aren't on;y looking at one thing. I like that you took the blue assignment literally and made your picture very blue. I think that your pictures was one of the best.
At the top of the picture it almost looks as if there is a reflection of the top of the tank and it does not flow like the rest of the picture. Maybe if you cropped the top out a little bit it would flow better.
If you had something else in the picture that wasn't blue would've made the picture have more contrast than just having all the jellyfish blue. But other than that i really do believe that this picture is wonderful.
